KEY INFORMATION

The University of Gold Coast (UGC), Ghana’s leading Christian university, is now accepting applications for its exclusive 10-day Graduate Work Readiness Program, followed by a 1-year trainee contract.

This opportunity is open to fresh graduates from any discipline who are passionate about higher education, committed to Christian values, and eager to develop skills in Student Recruitment, Program Coordination, and Admissions & Enrolment Services.

Participants will receive intensive training, mentorship from senior professionals, and hands-on experience in a dynamic academic environment.

The application window is 1–12 September 2025 (weekdays only), from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at the UGC campus on Spintex Road, Accra.
